We WON! For the 2nd year in a row, Smithville ISD has taken 1st Place in the It's Time Texas Community Wellness Challenge! In honor of Women's History Month, Mrs. Peterson has some influential women on display in the Junior High Library. Her themed decorations each month make for a fun and unique learning environment for our students!

Congratulations to our Future Problem Solvers! These students competed in the Regional FPS competition and qualified to advance to the STATE Competition! From left to right: Penelope Gutierrez, Rori Meuth, Gideon Blaeuer, Lily Gardella, Kenzie Jones.
This will be Lily's 3rd year to qualify, Gideon and Kenzie's 2nd year, and the first time for Penelope and Rori, who are 6th graders. We are so proud of them!
